California Culinary Academy

There is a northern campus about 3 miles north as well as a southern campus which contributes production kitchens, a gaming room to simulate a casino bar, mixology lab, and a new baking and pastry center. The north campus is located downtown and houses several on-campus restaurants, all of which are adequately staffed by culinary students. North campus is also the home to the confectionery art department which teaches its students the fine art of making and creating sugar and chocolate art work.

The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco is truly a very great educational opportunity if you are interested in pursuing a career in the culinary arts. Not only is the school able to provide some top notch education, but there are several wonderful dining spots around San Francisco, including several five-star restaurants which contribute to make San Francisco a must visit city for any one who might be interested in the culinary arts.

The California Culinary Academy offers the following culinary educational programs to its students: Baking and Pasty Arts, Culinary Arts Degree Programs, Le Cordon Bleu CA degree, Hospitality and Restaurant Management. This culinary school is related to Le Cordon Bleu and provides its students with an opportunity of studying occupational studies, baking, hospitality as well as restaurant management.
