Canalfest 2010

ROME Karaoke may be out this year at the Rome Rotary Canalfest but only for humans. Instead, the K-9 Karaoke Contest will let your pouches croon their way to a trophy. The new competition in Who Let the Dogs Out is only one of several new additions to the Canalfest, now in its 8th year, at Bellamy Harbor Park Aug. 6-8.
