Pork tenderloin a quick roast

The January/February edition of Cooking Light magazine included a recipe for pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce. I was reminded how easy and quick pork tenderloin is to cook. It can be browned, then roasted, or it can be popped in a hot oven with almost no prep. It comes out in 20 to 25 minutes ready to be eaten.
